Returns & Replacement

  1. We ensure proper packing to avoid any damages and dispatch through our trusted logistics partners/methods. In the rare event of damages during transportation, a return can be initiated by the customer within 48 hrs of the delivery acceptance.
  2. The customer must notify ESVEE at hello@esveeatelier.com, with proof of damage within 24 hours.
  3. The item must be returned safely to our atelier in Hyderabad. A return pick-up will be arranged by ESVEE.
  4. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  5. Re-scheduling charges are applicable are applicable for failed scheduled return pick-ups.
  6. Upon receiving the product, the damage is inspected and assessed, and the client shall be notified on a viable solution and timelines Via email.
